This means eat when you are hungry and watch the portion. I drink tons of water! Your skin, body, hair, and nails will thank you!! I cut out sugars as much as I could because I knew I had an issue!! Can you relate! Diet is a big part of weight-loss - I will have to make a separate video dedicated to what I eat! Birth Control : The hormonal changes to my bodies was shocking! I felt like a different person when this was removed and saw immediate results! Don't forget to protect yourself in non hormonal ways if you take this route! Mental Health: Look this up! I had a mental block that was literally preventing me from losing weight! I was trying everything and nothing worked! As soon as I started to see my therapist again - I noticed a difference! I was more motivated to do something proactive / active / selfcare!
